Immune support tea is a fruity, warming herbal infusion, designed to support your immune system. It’s a cupboard staple for the cold & flu season but perfect to keep you fighting fit all year round.
It is designed to keep you immune system in tip top shape, helping defeat infections before they take hold. It also helps you battle through a bug and speeds up recovery, making sure you’re back in the game ASAP.
Immune is available loose and in bags. The bags are made from paper with a natural alternative to glue, they are non-GMO, biodegradable and home-compostable and made in Scotland.

What’s In It?
- Blackcurrant is rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. It has antimicrobial properties and modulates the immune system.
- Elderberry supports the immune system and strengthens the bodies defences, especially against viruses.
- Echinacea stimulates the immune response and helps with convalescence, reducing recovery time.
- Plantain (the wild-growing plant, not the banana-like fruit) is used medicinally for respiratory and sinus health. It is anti-inflammatory and soothes mucus membranes.
- Ginger supports the immune system, clears congestion and soothes pain.
Instructions
To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tea bag) in boiling water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
To make a decoction, simmer 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane per cup in gently boiling water using a saucepan (with a lid) for 20 minutes. Strain and drink up to three cups a day.
